The QUARTER HORSE BLOCK HIND is used to lift the heels and provide extra traction on extremely soft, loose or muddy tracks. Generally used on Racing Quarter Horses only, the toe grab rises .305″ (7.75mm) above the aluminum.

The blocks may be removed from the shoe by twisting and pulling them out if conditions improve or when they are no longer needed.
